Hooey

Let me just say I'm very frustrated. I still haven't received my refund from a certain airline. I called again tonight and was told it would take up to two billing cycles for the money to appear in my account. That's right folks, TWO BILLING CYCLES. If you don't know what a billing cycle is, it is a MONTH. I may not get my refund until February! FEBRUARY!!!! That's nuts! It's a big load of hooey!!!!!!!
