Rambling...

I'm going to ramble for now. Not one specific topic. Lots of topics, in fact.

1. Chicago Bears. Ok--What in the hellworld happened tonight? The defense couldn't plug a whole the size of Illinois, the offense was spinning their wheels, and the QB was COLOR BLIND!!!!!! (Note: ONLY Bears fans may comment. Those other people--don't want to hear it.)

2. December. Can you believe there are only 31 days left in 2008? It seems as if it was just yesterday that I was at home celebrating the new year. Looking back, I've been a lot of places and done a lot of activities...and run from a hurricane! I'll have to start documenting for a year-in-review post. Won't that be exciting....ha ha ha.

3. iTunes/Apple.com. Last night, I had a problem syncing my phone and my computer. I had purchased some music usin the wi-fi feature on my phone. When I went to sync my phone, the music disappeared. I looked up information on the web and pretty much came to the conclusion I was out the 8+ dollars I spent on the music. However, I contacted iTunes/Apple.com and waited. I received an email saying I should hear from someone within 24 hours. I really didn't expect to hear from anyone...especially since it was a Sunday. Lo-and-behold, I WAS WRONG!!!! Not only did I get a response, but the person was quite friendly and helpful. I learned that there is one little problem when using the wi-fi feature...but it is easily correctable. They also let me download the said songs again...free of charge. I WAS SHOCKED!!!! Because they were so kind and helpful, I felt the world should know!!! What great customer relations!!!!!!

4. Weather. This crazy weather...one day the high is 84 and the next it is 64. This wouldn't be that big of a deal, but the difference each day is upwards of 40 degrees. THAT IS HUGE!!!!!!! It's no wonder everyone is getting sick. How do you dress for the day??? It's cold when you leave the house, but boiling when you leave work. UGH!!!!

5. Visitors. I noticed that I am nearing in on visitor number 500. I wonder who it will be. I don't think I will offer a prize to visitor number 500, but I'd really like to know who it is. So, if you log on to read and find you are visitor number 500, PLEASE let me know. (I know a certain person who sometimes pops in and WILL NEVER let me know he/she was here. I will know though.)

6. 11 days. This is how many school days are left with my student teacher.

7. Christmas cards. I'm not sending them out this year. Instead, I have something else I'm going to do. So--I gotta do them!!!!! Right now. That is what I should be doing. So I will.
