I can NOT believe how the fans at Wrigley are treating this team. Didn't this team win the division? Didn't this team go to the playoffs for the second straight year for the first time since 1908?
What is with the booing???????
Am I upset they didn't win? Absolutely. Would I EVER boo them? NO!! The crowds at Wrigley over the last two games are NOT true Cubs fans. They haven't cheered on the team like they did during the regular season. They are booing, which isn't the way true Cubs fans treat their teams at all. We should change the words to Go Cubs Go from "Hey Chicago whata you say, the Cubs are gonna win today" to "Hey Chicago whata you say, where'd you get these fans today?"
The real meaning of being a True Blue Cubs Fan is to support them through good times and bad. We are in the middle of the bad right now and there is NO support from those fans.
Hey, the Red Sox came from down two to win in YANKEE STADIUM in 1999--There is still hope. You just gotta believe Its Gonna Happen!
